Moss Construction Co. is committed to workplace safety on all of our projects. Our foremen are trained on OSHA regulations by an independent safety agency, so they are knowledgeable on the latest regulations and revisions. In addition, all of our worksites are independently monitored for safety compliance. We also keep a comprehensive Trench Safety Plan on every jobsite that is prepared by a certified engineer to ensure our workers understand and employ the safest standards during construction. You can be sure that when Moss Construciton is working on your site, safety is our top priority.

Moss Construction Co. takes the quality of our environment seriously. That is why we not only have independent certified Storm Water Pollution Protection Plans on all required projects, but we also employ an in-house SWPPP inspector. Additionally, we train each of our foremen to understand the latest regulations from the TCEQ and the EPA, as well as the preferred emthods to maintain environmental conditions against soil erosion and fluid discharge. Our SWPPP inspector works with the Owners to comply with all necessary TCEQ and EPA regulations and coordinates the implementation of our SWPPP plan with our independent engineer, our foremen, and the Owner. When Moss Construciton is working on your site the integrity of the surrounding environment is being protected.
